PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products sold on this site are authentic MurrinaMurano Venezia designs, designed and made in Italy using traditional Murano glass techniques. Small variations in color, texture, and form are natural results of artisanal production and are not considered defects. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.
Materials are described accurately on each product page. Gold-tone pieces feature an 18kt gold finish over brass; silver-tone pieces feature a rhodium finish over brass. Selected designs, noted on their product pages, are crafted in 925 sterling silver. All pieces are nickel free, documented to European standards; supplier documentation is included with every order.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed successfully. We accept major credit cards and digital payment options offered at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable state and local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Orders are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States only. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required. Total delivery time is typically 6 to 8 business days, including order processing. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or external factors. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, returned in original packaging with all original materials, and with the tamper-proof seal intact. We do not charge a restocking fee. A flat $9.50 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund and covers return processing and return shipping. We do not have final-sale items. All jewelry is fully returnable within the 30-day window; the only exception is the Gift Wrapping & Personalized Card add-on, which is not refundable once your order has shipped.
Free exchanges are available on all U.S. orders. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Defective items are covered for 60 days from delivery with a replacement or store credit; this coverage applies to purchases made on MurrinaMurano.us, and we cover all return shipping for defective items. All items are inspected and sealed with a tamper-proof, individually numbered seal that confirms authenticity and unused condition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
