RETURNS

At MurrinaMurano.us, every piece is designed and made in Italy using traditional Murano glass techniques. Each order is inspected and packaged with care to arrive in perfect condition. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to assist with a return, exchange, or refund.

HOW RETURNS WORK

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for jewelry that is unused, unworn, and in original condition. Each piece includes a tamper-proof, individually numbered seal that confirms authenticity and intact condition.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unworn, unused, returned in original packaging with all original materials, and the tamper-proof seal must remain intact. Items returned with a broken, removed, or tampered seal are not eligible for return, except in the case of defective items.

We do not charge a restocking fee. A flat $9.50 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund and covers return processing and return shipping.

We do not have final-sale items. All jewelry is fully returnable within the 30-day window. The only exception is the Gift Wrapping & Personalized Card add-on, which is not refundable once your order has shipped.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email support@murrinamurano.us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label. The $9.50 fee covering return shipping is deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to use your own carrier, please include tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Send to:

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within the 30-day return window. You may exchange for the same item in a different color, or for another item of equal value. For an item of higher value, we will send a payment link for the difference before shipping the replacement.

To start an exchange, email support@murrinamurano.us with your order number and request. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete processing. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@murrinamurano.us.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Every piece purchased on MurrinaMurano.us is covered against manufacturing defects for 60 days from delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or shows a defect in materials or workmanship within that window, contact us right away at support@murrinamurano.us or +1 (628) 237-8324. We cover all return shipping and provide a replacement or store credit, regardless of seal condition. If the issue is reported within the standard 30-day return window, you may instead return the item for a refund under the terms above.

Murano glass is a delicate, handcrafted material. This coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from drops, impact, improper storage, or normal wear. It applies to items purchased on MurrinaMurano.us.
