RETURNS

At MURRINAMURANO venezia®, every piece is handcrafted in Italy with care and attention to detail. We inspect and package each order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return, exchange, or refund.

 

HOW RETURNS WORK

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for jewelry that is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Each piece is carefully inspected and includes a tamper-proof numbered seal for quality assurance.

For returns to be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all original packaging and materials included.

Important: We do not charge a restocking fee. There is a $9.50 flat-rate return shipping fee that covers return processing and return shipping costs.

We do not have final sale items — all items are fully returnable within our 30-day window.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please email support@murrinamurano.us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will send you a return shipping label by email. The prepaid label covers the $9.50 return shipping cost.

If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please include tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If using your own shipping, please send to:

EXCHANGES

We're happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different color, or for another item of equal value. If you'd like to exchange for an item of higher value, we'll send a payment link for the difference before shipping your replacement.

All U.S. exchanges are free of charge, and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. To start an exchange, please contact support@murrinamurano.us with your order number and request.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete processing. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@murrinamurano.us

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
