SHIPPING

We are committed to delivering your jewelry quickly and safely. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facility.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders begin processing within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 1 to 2 business days to update once the label is created.

Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 p.m. PST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Total delivery time is typically 6 to 8 business days, including order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier conditions or seasonal demand.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for a few days, allow 1 to 2 business days for the carrier to scan and update.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, or building mailroom

  • Ask a neighbor, doorman, or household member who may have received it

  • If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@murrinamurano.us and we will assist


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand to additional regions in the future.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact support@murrinamurano.us within 7 days of the delivery date listed on your tracking so we can resolve the issue quickly.
