SHIPPING

We're committed to getting your jewelry to you quickly and safely. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped from our U.S. location in Sausalito, California.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking may take 1–2 business days to update once your label is created.

Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Orders over $75 ship free of charge, while orders under that amount include a $9.50 shipping fee. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the time your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or high order volumes.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, don't worry — it may take 1–2 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking details.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

• Check your mailbox, porch, or building mailroom
• Ask a neighbor, doorman, or household member who may have received it
• If you still can't locate it, contact us at support@murrinamurano.us and we'll do our best to help

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're actively working to expand to additional regions, but for now, we only ship within the United States.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact support@murrinamurano.us within 7 days of the delivery date listed on your tracking number so we can try and help resolve the issue quickly.
