At MurrinaMurano.us, each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected, packaged, and secured with a tamper-proof, individually numbered seal to ensure its authenticity and pristine condition.
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window – Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of the Item – Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Seal Requirement – Each item is shipped with a unique numbered seal.

The seal must be fully intact, unbroken, and attached to the item.

If the seal is broken, removed, or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exclusions – Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are non-returnable.
Important Note: The seal policy is in place to protect both our customers and the authenticity of our products. Once the seal is broken, the item is considered used and cannot be resold.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary shipping is offered on all qualifying orders.

If you return an item, the original $9.50 shipping and insurance fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be unworn, unused, with seal intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
